New Mp3 Walk for Llanrhaeadr Revealed

Llanrhaeadr in Denbighshire is the first village in North Wales to get its own mp3 audio trail. Joining the ranks of top tourist cities and heritage sites, the village can now reveal it stories to visitors using discreet modern technology. Produced by our sister company Audio Guide Productions, the trail is downloaded onto an ipod or mp3 player and listened to as you explore the village “Mp3 trails are growing in popularity with walkers and visitors. People like them because they are able to look up and really see the sights around them, instead of burying their heads in guide books. It is a lovely unobtrusive way to explore a location. As you listen to the audio, pictures of the past are created in the mind. Visitors can learn those quirky stories, behind the basic facts to be found on information boards or leaflets. At Llanrhaeadr people come from all over the world to see the Jessye Window and this is a chance to discover the beauty of the whole village.” We produce mp3 guides for a variety of heritage and nature organizations, but we wanted to give something back to the local community. Llanrhaeadr was an obvious choice because for such a small village there is so much to be discovered, an amazing church, a former coaching inn, a working pottery, almshouses and of course the sacred well.” Audio Guide Productions can be found at and the trail downloaded from
