

This walk follows the northern edges of the City of London, taking in the housing developments that came after extensive bombing in the Second World War. It winds through areas colonised in the seventeenth century by non-conformists keen to escape the jurisdiction of the City. Delights include a church converted to a concert hall, a church converted to an architectural salvage depot and a power station now a circus skills centre.
